Step 1: Each project is initiated with a briefing between consultant and client, to discuss in detail the job profile and other relevant information regarding the vacancy. From this discussion, a recruitment strategy is devised and agreed upon, including timescales, recruitment methods and costs.
Step 2: Next, we conduct an extensive database search and use additional internet and newspaper advertising as necessary. Once we have resourced a selection of suitable CVs, we organise face to face interviews with the potential candidates. This enables us to gain an in-depth knowledge of their professional background and personality as well as discussing the vacancy and company with the candidate in greater detail.
Step 3: A shortlist of CVs is sent to the client with accompanying interview summaries which include vital information regarding the candidate’s availability, expectations, salary indication and motivation.
Step 4: We assist in each stage of the recruitment process from co-ordinating interviews at the client’s premises through to salary negotiation and reference checking,
Ongoing: We maintain regular contact once the vacancy has been successfully filled, to ensure both parties are satisfied.
